Working principle:
After the processed raw materials enter the feed inlet of the crushing and granulating machine, they enter the conical working chamber. The rotating rotary knife exerts a swirling effect on the raw materials, and the particles are thrown towards the screen surface by centrifugal force. At the same time, the high-speed rotation of the rotary knife produces a shearing effect with the screen surface. The particles are crushed into small particles between the rotating knife and the screen surface and discharged through the screen. The size of the crushed particles is adjusted by the number of sieves, the distance between the rotary blade and the sieve, and the speed of rotation.
